Itinerary

Departure and the City of Arts and Sciences

We will set off from Alicante towards the City of Arts and Sciences. There, we will visit the Science Museum, a spectacular interactive space where the motto is “it is forbidden not to touch”. You will admire Santiago Calatrava’s avant-garde architecture before heading to the city center.

The Heart of Valencia

A tour through the historic center to discover the Silk Exchange (Lonja de la Seda)—a UNESCO World Heritage site—the Valencia Cathedral, and the bustling Central Market, one of Europe’s modernist temples of gastronomy.

Gastronomy in El Palmar (Albufera)

We will travel to the village of El Palmar, located in the heart of the Albufera Natural Park, the international birthplace of paella.

Lunch Included: You will enjoy a traditional menu at a local restaurant (Restaurante El Palmar or similar).
Menu: Includes typical regional appetizers, authentic Valencian paella, dessert, and drinks.

Return to Alicante

After a day of cultural and gastronomic immersion, we will begin our return journey, arriving back at your accommodation by mid-afternoon.
