As the evening begins, we welcome you into our kitchen — the same one where locals eat every day. With a local chef, you’ll learn to prepare traditional tapas using fresh ingredients from the Central Market.

🍽️ Workshop Menu:

• Spanish Omelette (Tortilla de Patatas): the classic and delicious Spanish tortilla.
• Salmorejo: thick cold soup made with tomato, bread and extra virgin olive oil.
• Secreto Pork Toast with Turrón Sauce: tender, flavourful pork served on a crispy toast and topped with a creamy turrón sauce.
• Elche Delights: dates wrapped in bacon — a sweet and savoury bite.
• Chorizo in Cider: cooked in natural cider.
• Bread with Tomato & Allioli: crusty bread with grated tomato and our homemade allioli.
• Torrija with Turrón Ice Cream: a classic dessert with an Alicante twist.

🌿 Vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergies? No problem. We adapt the menu if you let us know when booking.
