Discover the real flavours of Alicante by cooking rice and sangría like a true local. Eating rice is a classic in Alicante, but learning to cook it with a local chef is a unique experience.
Join our hands-on workshop in the heart of Alicante, far from typical tourist plans. This is a real local experience. We begin at the Central Market, where we buy fresh ingredients just like any neighbour would.
We then cook in our usual kitchen, a workspace used by market workers and local residents. This is where the magic happens: you will prepare your own paella from scratch, learn real techniques, and enjoy the process from start to finish.

You can choose between three types of paella:
- Meat Paella: with pork and vegetables
- Seafood Paella: with fresh prawns and cuttlefish
- Vegetarian Paella: with seasonal vegetables
