🧑🍳 Hands-on workshop with a local chef Discover the real flavours of Alicante by cooking rice and sangria like a true local. Eating rice is a classic in Alicante, but learning to cook it with a local chef is a unique experience.
Join us for a hands-on workshop in the heart of Alicante, far from typical tourist plans. This is a real local experience. We start at the Central Market, where we buy fresh ingredients just like any neighbour would.
We then cook in our usual kitchen, a working space that serves market workers and local residents. This is where the magic happens: you’ll prepare your own paella from scratch, learn real techniques, and enjoy the process from start to finish.
🥘 Choose Your Paella
You can choose from three types of paella:
- Meat Paella: with pork shoulder and vegetables
- Seafood Paella: with fresh shrimp and cuttlefish
- Vegetarian Paella: with seasonal vegetables
